Being a therapist satisfies many of the roles I enjoy in my life: the problem-solver, the nurturer, the artist, the educator - just to name a few. But best of all, I get to help others in this work, something that is truly satisfying. Helping my clients heal from past hurts, helping them grow, to love more deeply, or to live more happily is fulfilling in a way nothing else is. And when someone loves their work as much as I do, you can feel the difference in the relationship you develop with them.

I have a Master's of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Adler University in Chicago, IL, and I am a licensed professional counselor in the State of Arkansas.  I enjoy working with youth and young adults, but love this work with people of all ages. My areas of focus include relationships (including marriages and other partnerships) managing work/life stress, teen and adolescent issues, and anything LGBTQ related, including Trans* issues.

I moved to NWA after living in Illinois all of my life, and being a part of a private practice collective like this one has been a dream of mine since I began graduate school.  Whether you've never done therapy before, have had some experience, or are an old pro just looking for a new therapist, I would be happy to help.
