I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arkansas. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas. I also hold a Ph.D. in Community Health Promotion from the University of Arkansas. I have spent the past 15 years helping individuals discover the best versions of themselves. I enjoy working with teens and adults. My areas of focus include all things 2SLGBTQIA+, depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, life transitions, assertiveness, and teen and adolescent issues.
