I believe that therapy is about connection – the relationship between you and me is the heart of our work together. My approach is person-centered, narrative, and existential, which means I see you as the expert on your life. I’m here to help you explore your story, make sense of the chapters that brought you here, and create new ones that align with who you are and who you want to become. Together, we will process life’s big questions – about meaning, purpose, identity, and what truly matters to you.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or judgment; it’s about curiosity, compassion, and courage. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and safe to be your whole self – mess parts included. I’ll meet you where you are, whether that means holding space for your hardest moments or celebrating your victories, big and small.
Outside the therapy space, I love being outdoors, playing games, and finding joy in the simple, fun moments of life. I know that laughter, play, and connection are just as important to healing as deep conversations.
I am a proud queer therapist who is devoted to social justice, anti-racism, challenging anti-Semitism, and is anti-diet/fat positive, and pro-choice. I strive to create an environment of compassion and inclusion by working to acknowledge my own privilege and to break down systems of oppression that are often a barrier to positive mental health care.
If you’re ready to explore your story, face the hard questions, or just figure out what comes next, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
