I believe that all people are unique, resilient and worthy of love and I operate from those beliefs. I love to help others, and I wholeheartedly believe people are capable of growth and change.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor/Supervisor and a certified art therapist and play therapist/play therapist supervisor. I have a Master’s of Arts degree in Art Therapy from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. In the 10 years I have worked in the mental health field, I have worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents, families and young adults and older adults. In our world today, individuals and families face so many challenges.
